Three 2018 Wedding Trends We Love Already
Perspex has become increasingly popular in weddings, throughout the course of this year. Couples use it for their wedding invites, wedding signs, table numbers and menus, and they look so beautiful. They beauty lies in its minimalism, the sheerness creating a sense of openness and space. Perspex stationery looks particularly beautiful with pretty metallic calligraphy and acrylic wedding signs look particularly beautiful against lush green foliage or florals.
Copper and Marble
One of our favourite colour combos, marble in itself is beautiful, add in a warm copper accent and you have a gorgeous wedding theme. If you’re opting for this scheme, allow the marble to shine by keeping the details simple and using the copper sparingly.
We just love the contrast of timeless elegance and contemporary touches. We’ve mostly seen geometric shapes used with copper and marble weddings, its modernity complementing the old-school elegance of marble just perfectly. Because geometric shapes are so contemporary, we would advise using them sparingly and subtly. We love them used as hanging lanterns, as table numbers gilded in copper and on cakes.
