From the age of 16, I studied Professional Cookery and then went on to study Food and Beverage Services before moving to Oxford to work in a 2 Michelin star restaurant. In recent years I have found my passion in Weddings and Events at The Parmar Collection having worked in the Operations team for two years. It has given me so much knowledge including organisation, food, culture and mostly attention to detail.

I’ve always been so interested and excited about all thing’s weddings!! A very fond memory of mine as a child is playing wedding themed games on the computer for hours and having little diaries titled “My Wedding” in which I drew pictures of what I would want my wedding to look like! Soo much so after completing my bachelor’s degree in international Travel and Tourism with Event management I knew where my heart was – in the wedding and events industry!
