Student Balls

The events co-ordinators at the City Rooms are committed to making your Ball fun, different and an experience to remember. Upon arriving to The City Rooms your guests will make their way to an exclusive reception drinks area and a secluded room is available for photographs.

We have hosted many balls in the past and incorporated themes by using the surroundings of our building. We pride ourselves on our service and expert team, please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries you may have. Please use the packages below as a guideline, our Events Co-ordinators would be willing to create a bespoke package based on your specific requirements.

All our Ball Packages include the following:

  • Security provided from 8pm
  • A complimentary bottle of fizz for the organisers
  • Exclusive use of the Bar and Dining Room for Reception Drinks
  • Hire of the Ballroom for your event
  • A separate function room should you hire in a photographer to take pictures
  • A dedicated Events Co-ordinator to help with any queries you have
  • 2 Parking spaces for the organisers
  • Reduced Parking at a nearby NCP
  • Table stands and Numbers
  • Candelabras as Centre Pieces and Tea Lights decorated throughout the venue
  • Use of the PA System in the Dining Room and Bar Area
  • Tables set up with Cutlery, Crockery and Linen
