Asian Weddings - The City Rooms
We have a dedicated team with a wealth of experience in Asian Weddings and receptions. With our extensive knowledge of all Asian faiths, we are confident in being able to manage your wedding with great expertise.
Our stunning Ballroom can easily be adapted for all types of Weddings, Receptions, Engagements and ceremonies and can seat 200 guests in one sitting or many more in multiple sittings.
We can also divide the room for separate male and female areas. We offer a wide range of services from basic room hire to a complete package where we will take care of all the wedding preparations from venue décor, catering, waiting staff, wedding stages and cakes.
Our chefs have put together a menu with fresh ingredients sourced from the finest suppliers. All foods are cooked by our dedicated team on site.
Asian Weddings Package
This includes hire of:
- Exclusive venue usage for only you and your guests
- Personal Wedding coordinator
- A complimentary changing room
- Kitchen hire
- Crockery and cutlery for up to 200 guests
- White table cloths and napkins for up to 20 tables
- Tables and chairs
- Cake knife and stand
Monday - Friday £2,150.00
Saturdays and Bank Holidays £3,000.00
Sundays excluding Bank Holidays £2,150.00
Subject to approval, we are also happy to work with your preferred caterers on a room hire only basis which would include the use of our fully serviced bar. Please note that the above package is subject to our Standard and Caterer Terms & Conditions.
Please note that there is a minimum spend of £4,500.00 on Saturdays, and £6,000.00 on Fridays & Saturdays in December, excluding drinks.
